Keeping more than one resume
Applying for a line-cook role and a front-desk role with the exact same resume rarely does either justice. Plus lets you keep more than one and choose the right fit each time.
How many you get
- Free: one resume on file.
- Plus: several resume versions, so you can keep, say, a "kitchen" resume and a "guest services" one. See job seeker plans.
Managing them
From your profile, upload a resume, give each version a clear label ("Bartending 2024", "Office / admin"), and switch between them. Old versions stay put until you delete them.
Which one an employer sees
When you apply, you pick which version to attach, so the employer sees the one you meant for that role, not whatever happened to be last uploaded. If a job requires a resume, you'll be prompted to choose before it sends.
Privacy
A resume is only ever shared with employers you apply to (and, if you switch on "open to work", verified employers via talent search). See who can see your information.
