Most people wait to be found. A profile boost puts you at the front of the line instead. When employers search for local talent, Plus profiles rise to the top of their results, marked with a Plus ribbon, so you are one of the first people a hiring manager sees, not one they have to scroll to find.

How employers find you at all

Before any of this, discovery depends on one switch: Open to work. Turn it on from your profile and you become visible in employer talent search. Leave it off and you stay private, and no boost changes that. See who can see your information for the full privacy picture, your contact details stay private until you choose to respond either way.

What the boost does

With Seeker Plus and Open to work on:

• Your profile is ranked above non-Plus profiles in an employer's talent search results.
• It carries a Plus ribbon, a small signal that you are actively looking and invested.

When it matters most

Right before peak season, or in a role a lot of people apply for, being seen first is the whole game. The boost does not change your experience or your skills, it just makes sure the right employers actually lay eyes on them.

Turning it on

The boost comes with Seeker Plus and applies automatically as long as Open to work is on. Want to be sure you are showing up? Flip Open to work on from your profile, and submit a ticket if something still looks off.
